Trailside Inn - Killington

The kids had a blast snowshoeing on-site and playing billiards in the lobby area. Plus, it was nice to have our small dog with us. The family suite was cozy and convenient.

My kids wished the bathroom was cleaner. It's something families would appreciate.

The breakfast is savoury with bagels and oatmeal, as example, lots to choose from.

I liked this nicely decorated hotel, it did not disappoint. I had a fine experience here, everything was incredible, the location was perfect near to many fun activities in the summer, great restaurants and pubs and goodbye to Josh. The hotels' team was extremely helpful and very amiable.

The Trailside Inn. The owners, Josh and Anne, were friendly and helpful. They even helped arrange babysitters for our kids while we attended a wedding nearby. The inn has a cozy, cabin-like vibe. Loved the common areas with games and the big fireplace. The continental breakfast had a nice variety, although I'd love to see more options like hot breakfast dishes. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. The lemongrass soap added a nice touch. Only downside, no TV in the room, fine for us but might not be ideal for everyone. Would have appreciated some kind of sitting area outside to enjoy the scenery better. Overall enjoyable with a few minor conveniences to consider.

We enjoyed cozy evenings in the Great Room and loved exploring Gifford Woods State Park, just over 3 km away, made our weekend nice.

The game room had a blast with pool and foosball. We lounged in the cozy great room by the fire.

We had a blast in the great room, playing board games while a fire crackled in the background. And don't get me started on the breakfasts, delicious and plentiful, fueled us for a day on the slopes.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was worth every penny.

Stayed at trailside inn for valentine's day weekend. It had a beautiful rustic vibe, with attractive wood flooring. The innkeeper was super friendly and gave us awesome ski advice. Breakfast was basic but had everything we needed. Loved the cute rooms that felt unique and not just remodeled.

The variety of room types is perfect for different group sizes, including spacious bunk rooms that can accommodate several friends after a long day outdoors. The outdoor space offers a super calm place with a fire pit that adds to the relaxing vibe, especially after a ride on the Scenic Byway.

Noise levels can be an issue, as the thin walls allow conversations and activities from nearby rooms to disrupt the tranquil feel at times. Some common areas can get overcrowded, especially during peak seasons. The absence of microwaves and mini-fridges in the rooms can be a minor inconvenience for those who prefer to store snacks or leftovers.

The craft beer tasting was a fun surprise. I enjoyed relaxing on the sun terrace with a friend. The only thing to mention was the shower could use a bit of an update, but it didn't ruin my stay at all 🍻
